Full-time Houston TX $150 - $245K Based on Experience.

SAP IBP professional will design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture.
Oversee SAP Implementation and Support project activities related to SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning and its integrated applications)
Design and deploy SAP supply chain management solutions for fulfillment, logistics and transportation, warehouse management, and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.
Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client.
Business and Systems Integration professional who possesses deep skills in analysis, design and implementation of solutions based on leading practices in Supply Chain Management and the most recent SAP S4HANA technology.
Deliver advisory services to the IT Function of organizations CIO, CTO, CDO and VP of SCM.
Deconstruct key business problems to identify value areas and structure and implement complex technology solutions for clients around SAP solutions.
Deliver advisory services in support of technology-enabled business change integrator vendor selection, application studies, solution architecture, or program diagnostics and recovery. Originate and sell work on an individual basis or as part of a team.
Qualifications:
Experience in an IT role configuring and implementing SAP applications such as SAP APO – DP, SNP, GATP modules and at least 2 to 3 years of experience in implementing IBP
Experience in integrating IBP with SAP, and also with interfaces such as sales force, with Teradata and Flat file sources
Full life cycle implementations including functional design, solution architecture, and estimation within SAP Supply Chain, Planning Sales,
Implementation of Control tower structure in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is a plus.
Knowledge and thorough understanding of the SAP HANA Cloud platform
Operational Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning Inventory Planning Management
Ability to read and debug ABAP code
Be able to troubleshoot SAP IBP module related processes related system/process/user issues related to Design, configuration and Master and Transaction data and WRICEF objects
Business Review with Advanced Analytics
Project management experience
Experience managing teams, including on and offshore resources
